1Preheat oven to 375°F. Sauté the celery , chopped onion , and minced garlic on high heat in a skillet with a few drops of water for ⏱️ 5 minutes , until tender. Remove from heat and cool.celery: 2 stalks, onion: 1/2, garlic: 2 cloves

2Mash drained firm tofu in a large bowl . 3Spray a loaf pan with non-stick spray and spoon in the mixture. Top with a layer of BBQ sauce .BBQ sauce: 2 Tbsp
